Do You Need Your Hand Held? I have had no problem with Headway support. They have went as far as going into my actual site and helping me with an issue. However, there are some complaints on the Support Forum. I think the ultimate Headway user would be a self starter that wasn't afraid of Googling an issue or checking the support forums to implement certain fixes. The forum is full of frustrated people asking questions that have already been answered. Yes Headway is new technology so their are hiccups. If you need your hand held and walked through everything, Headway might not be for you.
Why can't I find an tech support I.T site that talks to me in a language I can understand? Information Technology is a broad term; I'm just trying to get my printer to work!
Help yourself first. Try tech support I.T some basic troubleshooting. Most problems can be solved by restarting your computer. Next try unplugging your highspeed modem and your router. Plug them back in, restart your computer again. If that doesn't work, then call us. We appreciate it when you try things on your own.
Most small businesses can really be served by a technical generalist. This is someone who knows a lot about a lot. This is someone who can help your network if suddenly it comes down. This person should also be able to troubleshoot computer and server problems. But really, it all comes down to what types of problems you will encounter.
